SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We carefully prepare every order by hand before shipping.

We currently offer shipping to customers in the USA. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, order volume, shipping method, and destination.

Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days. Custom orders may require additional preparation time.

Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery information will be shown at checkout when available.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are handmade, we carefully inspect each order before shipping.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has an issue. Include your order details and clear photos when appropriate so we can review the situation.

Custom-made items may have different return eligibility because they are created specifically according to your requested design, size, or colors.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Return instructions will be provided when a return is approved.
