At SoftKnot Collection, every order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand before shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Handmade products may require additional preparation time when necessary.

We currently ship to selected international destinations, including the United States and Canada, where shipping is available at checkout.

United States

Free shipping to the USA is included in the product price. There is no separate shipping fee charged at checkout.

The price displayed on the product page is the product price you will pay at checkout, unless additional charges such as applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other destination-country fees apply.

Canada & Other International Destinations

Shipping availability and shipping charges for destinations outside the USA are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the available shipping options for your destination.

Delivery Times

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.
